The programs & workouts
My programs are meticulously designed to accommodate a range of fitness levels, with a clear focus on muscle growth and effective physical development. Each workout is theme-based, ensuring a structured and balanced approach to training. With regular updates and a diverse array of routines, the programs are built to keep you motivated and progressing toward tangible, lasting results.
- Three dedicated 8-week programs, tailored separately for men and women, focusing on athletic development, muscle growth and overall well-being.
- A 4-week program specifically designed for individuals with busy schedules, utilizing a single kettlebell for efficient, effective training.
- Access to 60 unique workouts, targeting strength, stability, mobility, conditioning, core integration and athletic performance.

About Me
Meet Your Coach
With nearly 30 years in wellness and sports performance, I’ve guided thousands of people from Olympians and professional athletes to everyday movers—toward feeling stronger, moving better and living healthier.
My journey began in the ’90s as a global educator for Spinning, back when group training was just taking off. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering others through coaching, education and holistic training, working with the Swedish Olympic Committee, Red Bull F1 and passionate individuals around the world.
Today, I run a coaching studio on Sweden’s west coast and serve as the physical coach at the Gothenburg Opera House, helping artists stay strong, healthy and injury-free.
I’m also proud to partner with Under Armour, Garmin, OAK Equipment and an educator at Improve educations.
Through hands-on coaching, global workshops and this app, my mission is simple: to help you move, perform and feel your best—sustainably, effectively and with confidence.
