For years, I was writing PDF programs for people who reached out asking for workouts. The inbox was always full, and I genuinely loved creating those plans. But as the requests kept coming, I started thinking, there’s got to be a better, more dynamic way to support everyone.
That’s how the app came to life. From PDF to platform , a classic story of my life: one thing turns into another.

My programs are meticulously designed to accommodate a range of fitness levels, with a clear focus on muscle growth and effective physical development. Each workout is theme-based, ensuring a structured and balanced approach to training. With regular updates and a diverse array of routines, the programs are built to keep you motivated and progressing toward tangible, lasting results.
- Three dedicated 8-week programs, tailored separately for men and women, focusing on athletic development, muscle growth, and overall well-being.
- A 4-week program specifically designed for individuals with busy schedules, utilizing a single kettlebell for efficient, effective training.

About Me
Meet Your Coach
With nearly 30 years of experience in wellness and sports performance, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of people — from Olympians and professional athletes to everyday individuals — feel, move, and live better.
My journey began in the '90s as a global educator for Spinning, back when group training was just beginning to boom. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering others through education, coaching, and holistic training — working with the Swedish Olympic Committee, Red Bull F1, and countless passionate individuals around the world.
Today, I run a coaching studio on Sweden’s west coast and serve as the physical coach at the Gothenburg Opera House, where I help artists stay strong, healthy, and injury-free. I’m also proud to be an ambassador for Under Armour and Garmin, a partner with OAK Equipment, and an educator with Improve educations.
Whether it’s through hands-on coaching, global workshops, or this app — I’m here to support your journey to sustainable health and performance. I simply love helping people feel and move better.
