Each month i will update the MG Training app, with new workouts and challenges that are designed to push your limits and unlock your potential. The workouts will have always have elements of strength, endurance, mobility and mindfulness; tailored to help you grow and develop.

The programs & workouts

My programs are meticulously crafted to cater to various fitness levels, focusing on muscle growth and effective physical development. The workouts are themed, ensuring a balanced approach to fitness. With regular updates and diverse routines, to help you stay motivated and see tangible results.

  • Two 8 week programs, one for men and one for women focusing on atheletic development, muscle growth and well being.
  • A 4 week program created for those that busy lives, using one kettlebell.
  • 26 different workouts focusing on strength, stability, mobility, conditiong core and athletic training.
  • Regular updates to keep routines fresh and engaging.

About Me

I am an athletic trainer and education provider in the fields of wellness and sports performance. I have been professionally working in this profession for almost three decades and have helped literally 1000’s of people in all walks of life from professional athletes, Olympians, artists to the community who just want to enjoy life to the max and feel healthy.

I feel grateful to be able to do what I love and have been given the opportunity to work with so many amazing people, holding seminars and coaching all over the world, its almost a dream come true. Working with organizations and companies such as the Swedish Olympic Committee and Red bull F1.

You may be wondering how it started; I started as an educator for Spinning in the 90s, yes, that crazy group training concept, that became a global phenomenon. I was part of a team that travelled globally for 7 years, sharing and promoting the concept, back in the day before social media. This led me to work in the health & fitness business, working with education; teaching PT's and coaches for the majority of my fitness professional career.

Fast forward to now, I currently have a physical coaching studio on the west coast of Sweden, where I am helping people feel, move and perform better everyday, as well as working as the physical coach at the Gothenburg opera house. Training the artists to stay healthy and injury free.

Oh yeah, before I forget, I am an ambassador for Under Amour, Garmin, the R&D partner at the Swedish independent gym equipment company OAK Equipment, an educator at Improve educations. Lastly, now and then I have seminars and workshop for you all in holistic training and sustainable health.

Yes of course!

Having some general fitness is advatange, being physically active is enough to get started. Knowing how to deadlifft, squat and swing a kettlebell is important, to get the best out of the app. The MG traininng app is not for you that has no gym experience, if you feel you lack gym experience, them i suggest to join my online PT service instead. Here i can help you personally and build you a custom program for you.

The app is not designed to work with injuried bodies. If your unsure, then check with your doctor or medical adviser first.

I created the app for those you wanted help to move better, feel better and perform better using the workouts that i implement at the studio with my clients. I understood that maybe not everyone has the opportunity to come down to the studio to workout with me. That me inspired to create this app for you, so we can workout together. The workouts are effective, joint friendly with a holistic idea to help promote longevity and optimal physcial well-being.

Yes, if you an adult, with a body you can use the MG training app. The most important thing; is listen to your body and match the intesnity with your current ability. Meaning if your out of practice, start easy and build up slowly. There is no rush. The only prerequisite is the app is not designed to work with injuried bodies. If your unsure, then check with your doctor or medical adviser. Further more some gym experience is an advantage.
